We have bought many products in this company. Some of them have good quality. For example, we were quite satisfied with the pillows for sleeping at home and pillows for travelling. Moreover, they towels were very good, of high quality material. However when we bought sheets we were totally frustrated. After sleeping on these sheets, I feel some scratching and, moreover, these sheets are like a magnet for the animals’ hair. When our cat lays on these sheets, they become covered with his hair. The color was good but it is the only advantage. When I decided to make a refund, I called to the customer support but it was totally unavailable. I couldn’t manage to get a refund. Don’t buy flannel sheets in this company because the material of them is terrible.
