I had subscribed for a solitaire credit card through one of the sales person who mentioned that card is free for life time . However later I found through the website of the bank that card is chargeable and asked the card to be cancelled, before activating the same . However even after one month from making this request, I am getting messages stating that my request is under process and stating that complaint is registered .
