Wanted to re-floor kitchen. Bought timber and laminate flooring from Stamco over the phone. When timber arrived, driver was rude and unhelpful. All of the timber was bent and twisted and my carpenter could do nothing with it. He bought some more timber from Travis Perkins which was much better quality and then laid the sub-floor and laminate flooring as per the instructions. The floor soon was rippling so much it looked like an ocean. When I phoned their sales director Craig to complain, he just laughed and said that's the way it is with timber. Never use this company
