Update by user Jun 09, 2021 Version has never gotten back to me. I even sent them a certified snail mail letter. Original review posted by user May 10, 2021 I have sent two messages to Verizon. I have heard nothing from them. I took a picture of the tag on the box and I'm sending them another letter by snail mail. I want them to remove their bill from my credit history or take me to court. I don't care how they handle it at this point. I couldn't be any more upset with a company than I am with them.
