Sold me a defective bike

I purchased a bike from Beach City Bicycles. The bike had a pedal that was installed wrong and the sprocket on the bike was stripped out, so that the entire sprocket needed to be replaced. After a week of arguing with the almost teen aged, but certainly teen attitude owner, he "ordered" the wrong part for the bike. To this day, I still cannot use the $300 bike, as the parts cannot be obtained. He has since closed his retail location, refuses to repair or replace the bike, and will not answer my calls. He and his father opened up online under Beachcitybicycles.com to do internet sales, but does not even list his business address. If you want to see what type of *** you are dealing with, read the "return policy"....it is enlightening. Save yourself a lot of trouble and prevent yourself from throwing away your hard earned money to someone with such little respect for honest business.
