Update by user Apr 23, 2021 well I couldn't get the name of the customer service rep because he put me on hold each time I called for over an hour and never came back onto the phone. nI finally gave up because it became obvious to me that the company is not interested in talking to its customers. LKQ, you have my name and know how to contact so if you really are interested about contacting your customers feel free to call me 407-739-****. Original review posted by user Apr 23, 2021 Similar to other reviews I have read about this company, they could care less whether you ever use them to buy parts again, they scammed you once and got your money and that is all they care about. b2csupport@***.com email address does not work, and they never respond to the customer contact information if you use the online form. I waited online for almost an hour to talk to someone named User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
