I have previously sent an e.mail by mistake to the US, I ordered a solar power flood light in late November. The payment of £9.99 was taken out of my account on the 3thd of December, I have not received the flood light or any correspondence from GoGroopie, partially my fault as I have been sending my e.mails to the wrong country. I. would now like to have a full refund of the £9.99 taken out of my account before I use GoGroopie again. Could you please notify me of any action you are going to take. Regards Ian Fowler
