Sundae Cones were Soggy, The Stuffed Pretzels tasted like Plastic and the Potato Encrusted COD Made everyone that ate it sick. I have other products that I was still buying but I contacted Customer Service about my issues. I received an Automated Reply that they were working on it, but after waiting 2 weeks for a reply I called. The Representative I spoke with told me they had No record of my issue. These Products are Not cheap, and I always tried different Items, to help my Driver make higher Sales... My Driver was Great, but The Management of this company is Horrible. I ended up having to close my account because No One would do anything... even though, they claim that ALL of their Products have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.. Yea.. Sure they Do.. What a Joke.. User's recommendation: Skip Them, Their Products have Gotten Worse and the Customer Service Is Non-Existant.
