This problem started happening around a month ago. I put softener in the compartment before the wash. When wash is over, the compartment is completely full of water and the the softener did not reach the clothes. I have to use paper towels to blot out the water. Also, the washer is leaving white streaks on dark clothes. I use liquid dark wash detergent and no softener in the wash. I wash with cold water on the cold water wash cycle.
