So tired of calling 800 number and getting Philippines. I do not live in the Philippines!!! They might speak English. However, they do not understand it!!! They will not SHUT UP and let you speak. Furthermore, they constantly repeat themselves and say your name 1000 times. Can we have a USA C.S. number, so we can talk to someone from this country that speaks and understands ENGLISH? USA only number. User's recommendation: do it online and stay awy from the customer service. it is crap speaking to someone half way around the world.
