SO OTHERS DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

HORRIBLE - THE INITIAL EXPERIENCE WITH SALESPERSON WAS GREAT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS. BUT HE HAS SINCE LEFT THE COMPANY AND I CAN CERTAINLY SEE WHY. THEN VIVINT WAS BOUGHT OUT BY SUNRUN. THINGS QUICKLY WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE THE $3K REBATE THAT WAS PART OF THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. SO I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING. CUSTOMER CARE IS BEING HANDLED OUT OF THE COUNTRY WHICH DOES NOT HELP. I HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO RESOLVE.... ON TOP OF THAT THE SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING AFTER A MONTH. ONCE AGAIN TRYING TO GET RESOLUTION WAS TIME CONSUMING. I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY SENT SOMEONE TO CHECK IT OUT. SUPPOSEDLY THAT HAS BEEN FIXED, BUT NOT SURE IF IT WORKING YET AS IT HAS BEEN CLOUDY. I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD...AGAIN. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VIVINT/SUNRUN.
