My boyfriend ordered a delivery WEEKS ago when we were down to a quarter of a tank. The first time they tried to deliver the driver "couldn't find the tank" the second time he "didn't have the hook up he needed" and then we were told they would deliver over the weekend and they never showed up! When called today they told us they had never put another order in and they'd be here in about another 2 weeks.
