So hard to open the bottles!!

The bottles are so hard to open , the last 2 times we have bought them I have had to use pliers to open the bottles ! I called customer service and the gentleman was very nice and told me unless people call and let us know,we don't know there's a problem, very true User's recommendation: Any issues with opening the bottles just call customer service.
