I tried to place an order for delivery at a local restaurant. When I tried to check out I was asked to login to ChowNow for delivery. I had to sign up but no matter what I did it would not accept my password. I called ChowNow for assistance. They were not able to help. I tried a different web browser. No change. Then I decided to place the order for pick-up and was taken to the same ChowNow login. At this point I was ready to pull my hair out. I was having guests for dinner and the order could not be placed. This is the worst company. User's recommendation: Tell the restaurant not to use ChowNow.
