So far… okay but definately customer service sucks

I have tried to resolve an issue with a promised, and written promised text that was the reason I chose this school over another and they keep basically telling me to go to *** Also their computer took an attempt and would not let me back into my quiz so I have an 85% and am requesting an attempt I was supposed to have and they won't reset it. VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE TO ME and TICKETS IGNORED!!! I don't like to start a career this way for sure!!!
