So far nothing good to say about my 2019 Aspen Trail.
1
We bought a 2019 Dutchman Aspen Trail. We've had it for about 3 months now and it stays on a permanent site at our campground. So we don't move it at all and the last time we camped in it we noticed the ceiling panels staples were all popping out, the wall panels are only taped up and not nailed and those were even popping out also. We told the dealership that we understand that it's not there fault however, we don't want the camper now unless Dutchman will give us something else and have the manufacturer takes care of the rest of the bill. The dealership is working with us so I have nothing bad to say about them. If Dutchman were any kind of real people that stand behind there product, then they would just take this Aspen Trail back and give us a total different camper. We don't want this one anymore because even though it would get fixed, who's to say that it wouldn't happen again. I want to enjoy my camper and not worry about my ceiling falling in, walls coming apart ECT.. Dutchman stand behind your product and work with people and don't give us customers the run around. We all pay good money for these now it's time for you to work with all of us customers.
