In very small letters at the bottom of the checkout page it says that the boxes "auto renew," which I missed and was charged a second $80 three months after my purchase! It had been a gift to someone, so I didn't realize that the boxes kept arriving. Urthbox is refunding $26.66 of it because the final box hadn't shipped yet. The response from them said, "I looked into your account and I didn’t see any cancellation requests. Per our terms, unless cancelled prior, all of our subscription boxes do renew on the 1st of every month. This is also made available in bold on the checkout page, terms of service page, frequently asked questions as well as your order receipt email. " Feels nonetheless deceitful!
