on monday august 27 my granddaughter booked her civic for service at the doncaster dealership in melbourne.when it was picked up she discovered the crucifix was snapped in two .it is metallic.the rosary beads is a religious article and is significant to her catholic faith. she was very upset.why was this done.are there people in the work shop who are intolerant of other religions i am sure it is not part of your company ethos.my request to you is to please look into what happened.if there is an underlying problem please fix it this has been a disturbing incident for her more so as she very pleased with the car. her first.thank you
