Smok Nord died

Hi. My Smok Nord died within 30 days of purchase. I bought it brand new from a friend who had never even used it. I have no proof of purchase, other than the device. I thoroughly enjoyed the devise for the month I had it, but refuse to purchase another because of my experience. I have a brand new package of pods and liquid, but no device. If I return the device, will you replace it?
