Last august 10, 2016, i ordered 5 bulbs from goal team, i was instructed to send money thru lbc to one marvin benitez . August 15, we received the goods, we attached the above bulbs only last august 17, 2016, however one bulb is defective for it wont light. I contacted the sales agent and was instructed to send back the said defective bulb before they are going to send the replacement, at my own expense, i requested for the replacement first because i was thinking they are going to just the repair the said bulb and send it back to me. They refused. The amount is less than 200 pesos. My point is i have been ordering goods on-line usually thru lazada but i have not experienced this kind of service, lazada always said if we do not like the goods ordered we can return it at their expense no question asked.
