To whom it may concern: I'm hoping you can assist me with an issue I've had for over 1 year. I have called on numerous occasions within this year span, but no one listens or seems to care. I am the building manager at the addressed 320 & 322 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Behind our building there is a dumpster which is rusted and missing wheels. This is an eyesore to say the least. Our tenants pay a reasonable amount of money to have to see such a poorly kept garbage bin. Can someone please investigate and swap this dumpster out for one that is in better condition? Thank you for your time and effort in helping with this.
