Slow responsiveness of the staff
I had a good branch where I banked regularly and never had problems with greeters or tellers. They were quick and responsive to everything I addressed them. I never had to call a general manager. Now, relocating to the new branch, I feel like I am despised. The tellers simply ignore you, and do not allow to address them without going through the greeter first. Greeters also do not greet you and just deal with the nearest customers to me. Had to complain to the general manager.
