Slow refund process and incorrect refund amount

I purchase a part from LKQ online and then cancelled because I noticed they had the wrong part listed. They took the money out of my account as soon as I placed the order but made me wait 5 days for a refund and then the refund was incorrect.. User's recommendation: Long wait if you need a refund and don't expect to get all your money back.
