SLOW DELEIVERY TO NO DELIVERY

Ordered a large cat tidy box before Christmas to be picked up at the store - received email stating they did not have in the store but they can process online with no shipping charges. I agreed yet never rec'd the order Called again several days ago asking about order as I had rec'd email stating problem with UPS - so they said they can reprocess order AGAIN and said they would send expedited shipping due to trouble I have been through - that was days ago - Today is Jan 12th and STILL NO ORDER IS RECEIVED. I understand they say on its way ... but this is ridiculous that it has taken almost 3 weeks and as of today I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER I am frustrated at the process of PETCO and will NEVER buy again from this store.
