Initially I tried calling customer services enquiring as to the Sling network not working. It took forever to find a contactable number, it was impossible to get a hold of ANY agency/customer service. Even tried to chat with someone online only to be told I would be charged $5.00 to have my query answered??? I am pissed because I received no e-mails/info at least giving me notice that Sling were having issues. User's recommendation: Probably find some other network and not Sling!
