Slammed Again!!

Well, just like the rest of the comments I also got my phone bill and found a 14.95 charge. I called the number listed by the charge, and got a live person in about ten minutes. I asked her what the service was and how i ordered it. She told me that My wife, who is aslo on the phone account, had ordered the service on Jan. 14th via the internet. My wife was next to me and could here the conversation. Needless to say she had a puzzled look. We were also told that a email conformation was sent out to our email address. I don't remember any such email. I asked the lady to resend the email so I could check out the company. She said it could take up to twenty minutes before it got to us. I said goodbye and hung up. I googled the company and found this and other sites that had people giving the story of what happened, sounded like mine -- to the letter! I called them back, and even got the same person. what are the chances of that hmmm.. I told her what i had found and that i wanted the service terminated. I also told her that i was reporting them both to my phone provider and the attorney general for my state. She seemed not to like that one. She gave me a cancelation number and we hung up. I have already sent a email to the attorney generals office and plan to report them to the BBB. Lets see if we can erase this plague from our lives.
