My Skype account was hacked and £250 was taken from my account. This was unauthorized transaction and therefore fraudulent or illigal. I informed Skype, but they would not refund . The customer service via chat was appoloning and the refused talking to me as the bucket has changed my email and password too. I tried resolving it by filling number of recover your account forms but they would not allow access. They have no complaints department and are not members of any watchdog.
