Sketchy company

I ordered the three dog seat belts. It added a dog harness to my order for $16.95 that I did not order. No way to edit order. They will not tespond to me at all. They do not answer phones, e mail or text. There is no chat available as stated on website. Will call credit card company to stop payment. Scammers!!!
