(Yesterday 3/20/23), the reply was they never received pics, (lie), and asked me for pics again. I resent the same pics with time dated pics and today I got the reply that has been too long and they will not refund or send a larger sized jersey. The factory determines if the refund happens? The factory determines if they will replace? The factory is not in America. This experience makes me want to send a computer virus in the form of a photo.
