Six months to get a refund I went through them because of course they were cheaper to get airfare I was supposed to go to Scotland beginning of May but of course with the pandemic it didn't happen at first they were not going to give me a refund I had a jump through hoops and I got their phone number and I called almost every single day and I even turned them into the BBB so after six months I did get my refund but I had to leave 200 to them for processing whatever the *** that meant. So you damn right I was pissed from now on if you book a flight go through the airlines because they refund you immediately and thanks for the pandemic I probably will never see Scotland so do not use ASAP tickets ever User's recommendation: Do not use them at all they will fight you to the end to get your money back.
