After trying to contact customer service to ask for some help, you get a menu to choose from and when you pick one of the choices it says " can't find response " and hangs up. Also they need to get their hours of operation correct. One site says these days and times, and the next says different days and times. Somedays i can drive for miles before picking up a station, next day i can pick it up fine. User's recommendation: 50 / 50.
