Unable to get through menu when calling and website will not allow me to access my account. Dominion changed my due date from the end of the month to 14th when they took over from SCEG. I am disabled and receive one check at end of month making me two weeks late every month. Nasty customer service agent refused to help me and then said I had to call every month to ask for help other wise I had to make late payments. I have never been late and found it offensive they would encourage me to charge late payments every month.
