Your phone set up. No one knows anyone they read from a script. called to speak to the person that gave me the quote. Got a different person who said I would never get the same person, so he offered me a lower quote (dont know why?). So I signed up. When I reviewed the new quote I noticed the new quote dropped a service. I called and got call center who said I need to speak to customer service. I got customer service and could hardly understand as they spoke fast from their script and I couldnt speak. Hung up and called again. Same thing so I cancelled.
