I’m sick and tired of being used by the apartment complex just for them to save money on a non name brand “internet” company! They get the cheap route for getting a no name and make extra money charging us outrageous prices for crap service! My internet has dropped signal 40 damn times in 3 days. I’m only getting 1.32 to .93 internet speeds. They try to blame the customer and make them spend money on a new coaxed cable thinking we have *** to broken cables when in fact it’s their *** modems!! I could get 4x the speed of a well known name brand internet company for less money a month. I wish the Better business bureau would shut these kind of practices down for selling non working internet for expensive cost. I wish everyone would petition this company or your apartment complex till it changes!!!
