Sify broadBand service

I have applied for sify broad band 6 months back , they promptly took the money from me, but inspite of repeated complaints they have not rectified my internet connection or have they given my money back. I have taken this connection in bangalore, I will never recommend this to any one else. The sify broad band is the worst service I have seen.
