Since Republic has taken over waste management in the city of Lorain, Ohio, trash has accumulated on properties and in the streets. I have never experienced such terrible service. Right now I have almost 20 bags of yard waste on my curb and it was supposed to be picked up yesterday, July 21, 2021. How long is it going to sit there???? Impossible to talk to anyone...they are just so busy ignoring phone calls and complaints!! Republic has so many rules and regulations about what they will and won't do. The mayor needs to get rid of these jerks..NOW. User's recommendation: COMPLAIN....
