If I could give a negative star rating, I would. These guys shorted me on a load of concrete. I explained to them that the tape measure does not lie. I was not shorted a small amount and it ruined my pour. When I discussed this with the staff, I was informed that in all of thier 30 years in business they have NEVER shorted a load of concrete and that I was the only one to ever complain about being shorted. And that they do not make mistakes. Imagine paying for 10 gallons of gas but only being dispensed 7 gallons at the pump. That is exactly what happened to me. I offered to let them come and measure my forms themselves and showed them multiple photos documenting my dimensions and thier obvious error. I was then told that I should buy concrete at All Star rentals, which I did. Guess what? I got exactly what I paid for from them. They told me that they get frustrated customers "all the time" from customers that the Rock Source has shorted. I was also accused of not paying my bill on time with them. That is an outrageous lie. I always pay what I owe at the time of purchase and have never had a line of credit from them. Talk about a frustrating day. The good news is that I have discovered that All Star is the place to go and that's where my business will go from now on.
