I had the same experience as the other gentleman. I ordered shoes for my son, my account was immediately debited and there is no status on the order. The website says orders are ready to be shipped in 1-3 days. I've sent 6 emails AND contacted Shopify, who couldn't help at all. If you're hosting the site and you have scammers, you have SOME liability and responsibility here. I've contacted my bank to file the dispute and hope there won't be further issues. I had the order my son's shoes from another site for a lot more money, but at least I'll get them. Unfortunately, he won't get them in time for his birthday. My next step is to try and file with the Better Business Bureau. It's a shame places like this exist. Shut it down.
