Hello, I opened a shopify store, https://opaldog.com, and Shopify's systems autofilled bank details into my account. I entered my paypal info and assumed my payments would come through that way. After my first sales it became apparent the Shopify had filled in the bank details with details that are not mine. Shopify refused to take responsibility for this instead saying I must have put these phantom details in, of course if I did I would have known the details and been able to change them. So I could not change these details and had no option but to close my store forfeiting all profits and Shopify said they would refund my last month and did not even do that. All they refunded was the payment for the remainder of the month. So they disabled my store but still took the payments for a functioning store and also barred me from accessing my profits. Absolutely disgraceful company and even worse customer service.
