I bought a pricey Joseph Joseph gift set from AL&CD Ashley thru' an online company. The plastic rocker garlic crusher cracked when I used it. I complained and the online company had them replace it. Took a while but I got another - cracked on arrival. I complained again and was promised a steel one ... I got another plastic one. Also cracked - I didn't even take it out it's wrapping to see it was cracked. More complaints. More promises. It's now 1 month and 3 weeks and still NO JOY! Despite that very good very helpful online company doing everything they could, it remains... No unbroken rocker crusher. No word. No when. NO NOTHING. Be very wary of this company. My trying to get an unbroken Joseph Joseph rocker crusher has been going on since 23rd August and I'm now fed up to the gills! This lot sell you expensive stuff that's broken and they don't make good on it!
