I ordered a product on Prime, the driver lied and said he tried to deliver but the business was shut, utter rubbish as we live in a house, on calling Amazon I was told it would be delivered the next day by 9pm, still did not arrive, I called again (7times as I kept getting cut off) 12 customer service agents still did not resolve my issue a still no parcel, the service I have received (or haven’t as I still have not received my order) is shocking, they really don’t care about their customers as long as they get your money every month for prime Train you agents not to lie
