Shocking service from Amazon

I ordered a product on Prime, the driver lied and said he tried to deliver but the business was shut, utter rubbish as we live in a house, on calling Amazon I was told it would be delivered the next day by 9pm, still did not arrive, I called again (7times as I kept getting cut off) 12 customer service agents still did not resolve my issue a still no parcel, the service I have received (or haven’t as I still have not received my order) is shocking, they really don’t care about their customers as long as they get your money every month for prime
