I ordered two pairs of Aqua socks. One came in 10 days later. The other is still sitting on the dock in China 35 days since order. When I first asked about the other pair, they said it was delivered with the other pair and quoted the "order delivered" and to check with the USPS. I told "Kate" from customer service that the other pair was not delivered and when to expect it? Then she gave me a tracking link and it showed it was still in China! What a runaround and a scam. I asked for a refund and she said that they are being shipped. Right...about Christmas is when I should expect it. I just want my money back!
