Shipped the wrong item

I ordered the 'We're Not Really Strangers' Relationship expansion pack, but I was sent the Honest Dating expansion pack. Online it says I ordered the relationship pack and so does the paper that came with my package, but I was still sent the wrong one. I would just like to know what steps we can take for me to receive the correct expansion pack. I specifically ordered this for my anniversary on November 5th.
