Tracking Number - [protected] Shipment is not yet cleared since last 19 Days. They are not replying over email and other platforms. I am escalating this issue on a higher level, but still no one what's to get in. They all are arrogant and unresponsive. I am taking follow up and asking them to do something in my case. But sadly no one comes in.
