Shipment failed to arrive

I ordered several vacuum replacement parts July 22. One part arrived within a week. When I tracked the package, FedEx had returned the order to Shark due to damaged condition. Never heard from Shark. But they did bill me for the items. Thank you for providing a phone number as I couldnt find one anywhere. They are re-shipping the remaining items at no additional charge or shipping. User's recommendation: Shark never contacted me about the order returned to them by FesEx.
