Recently I bought a perfume from Italy and item sent to Shop and Ship ( Aramex) the item delivered on May 04 however it was updated after 10 days and stuck in Italy Aramex S & S office almost 12 days the reason is that I keep sending massage rating their service and because I escalated the issue to CITC organization caring for IT and carriers issue and complains, the issue us Aramex still holding the parcel with or without intention since they are protected with the 21 days ( the period committed to submit any parcel) ignoring customer satisfaction and I hope this complain will be read by Aramex management to investigate the issue It worth to mention that I paid SR 160 almost $ 43 for 1.2 kg which is not matching as a value with the poor service and very bad communication intentionally ignoring customer to approve they win
