Terrible customer service, refused to replace my batteries when I told her they don’t work well. REFUSED, even though I had their warranty. She readjusted them and that’s it. When they continue to not work I’m going to have to waste my time and go back again. Terrible customer service! Will never buy from them again. What a jerk. Miranda I believe was her name. Acted like I didn’t know how to start my own car. Completely rude! Their warranty is a fraud!!!
