Sharp Practice on Debt collection

We use team viewer commercially and pay for licenses. A few months ago one of the company directors working from home attempted to purchase a further license. The payment failed (no fault of ours) and so he didn't use the product, but switched to something else. 3 months later TeamViewers debt collectors started chasing payment for an invoice that was raised at the time, but not accepted as the service was not provided. Having talked to TeamViewer on their ticket system they are not backing down. I suggest great care in dealing with TeamViewer it is a good product but their commercial attitude is appalling for a large German company. Neil
