Sharing my experience with Amazon Customer Service

I was scammed, my identity was stolen along with my home internet being compromised! I received a notification from my Bank that a charge for Amazon Prime was debited and I had never registered for Amazon Prime! I literally had to talk to 5 non American CS Agents explaining repeatedly why I was contacting them which was for an unauthorized charge! Every individual I spoke with told me something different! They have the upmost awful CS Department I have ever experienced! This was ongoing for TWO WEEKS!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! User's recommendation: Demand an American Supervisor and stand your ground! If your issue isn’t resolved contact the BBB!
