Sharing concerns about terrible service

After stopping the service in 2018 after years of service due to multiple missed appointments for re-seeding, I recently reached out to restart the service. When service did not start, I called in and had to talk to 5 representatives before I was told that my original service rep. sent and acknowledgement to the wrong address and I had to start over. When during the conversation I asked about reseeding I was told it was available and then later in the same conversation I was told it was not available in my area. I cannot remember the last time I have written a complaint but I plan on telling anyone I know to stay away and not do business with TruGreen. User's recommendation: Stay away.
